Short North Parking Open Houses

The city of Columbus is continuing its initiative to evaluate and improve parking choices in the Short North. Consultants engaged residents and business owners to develop a comprehensive approach to parking management, supply and operation in the Short North. The city invites you to learn the results of the group’s effort and next steps in the proposed pilot program. Please plan to attend one of the open houses and offer comments and suggestions.

 

  • March 30, 5:30–7:30 p.m., Goodale Park Shelterhouse, 120 W. Goodale St.
  • April 4, 5:30–7:30 p.m., Junior Achievement, 68 E. 2nd Ave.
  • April 12, 5:30–7:30 p.m., King Avenue United Methodist Church, 299 King Ave.

Staff from the city of Columbus and neighborhood representatives will be on-hand at the open houses to answer questions and take written comments in an open-house format; no formal presentation will be given. Exhibits illustrating proposed parking zones, free and paid parking possibilities and more will be on display.
