Westminster-Thurber Community Development Proposal

The Westminster-Thurber Community is proposing building an additional tower for their retirement community, called Heritage Pointe, next to Thurber Tower on Neil Avenue near Goodale Street. The Society will be voting on recommendations for the three proposed variances at the regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 16^th.  These variances are:
1) A height variance to 135’
2) A reduction in the setback variance to 5’
3) A parking variance to .75 spaces per unit
