Feedback Needed: 840 Michigan Avenue Development

Developers will be attending the June Harrison West Society meeting to gather feedback on a new proposal for 840 Michigan Avenue. In 2018 a previous developer began work on the site but was unable to complete the project.

For comparison, the 2018 project proposal was for a restaurant, 47 bedroom residential, and 20 space parking variance (3 for the residential, 17 for the restaurant). The 2020 proposal does not contain a restaurant and is for 62 bedroom residential and a 12 space parking variance. We encourage all neighbors to attend the next Society meeting to provide feedback on this proposal.
