The development team from Snyder Barker Investments, who has been redeveloping the property at 750 Michigan Avenue, is on schedule for a June opening of the clubhouse and first apartment building according to ColumbusUnderground. The team expects to be taking reservations as early as April. You’ll remember that this project was slated to include approximately 144 residential units—75 percent of which would be one-bedroom—with additional town homes from 600 to 1400 square feet.
