Public Notice of October 6, 2025 Organizational and Fiscal Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Harrison Market Community Authority
Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Harrison Market Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, commencing at 4:00 p.m. at the 141 N. Front Street, Ground Floor Conference Room, Columbus, Ohio.
The purposes of the meeting are to:
- Select officers of the Board of Trustees.
- Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses, maintenance expenses, developer reimbursements and debt service charges of the Authority.
- Consider a resolution approving certain property transfers related to Authority property.
- Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
This meeting is open to the public.
