The Central Ohio Transit Authority, COTA, is proposing adjustments to bus line #3 which currently cuts through many portions of the Harrison West neighborhood. COTA is proposing to remove service from West Third, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West First, Harrison, Buttles and Neil Avenues. However, service on Neil Avenue will still be available on lines #7 and #18.

New service would be added on Goodale, between Northwest Boulevard and Michigan Avenue, south of West Third Avenue. A Sunday service on line #3 is also being proposed. Changes would become effective on Monday, September 7, 2015.

COTA indicates these changes are “in an effort to provide simpler, more frequent, and more direct service in accordance with the Transit System Redesign.”

If you would like to comment or are concerned about the proposed service changes, you can provide feedback by calling COTA’s customer service numbers—(614) 228-1776 or (614) 275-5878 (TTY)—or by submitting a comment online at http://www.cota.com/Contact-Us/Contact-Us.aspx.
