Grandview Yard Giant Eagle & Miller’s Ale House Projects Moving Forward

Two new commercial project are starting to take shape just across the river from Harrison West as part of the Grandview Yard and Grace’s Bend shopping center projects. A 90,000+ square foot Giant Eagle began construction at 840 W. Third Avenue after delaying construction earlier this year. The store will add to the growing list of upscale Market Districts in the area, including the Market District in Upper Arlington. millers ale house columbusJust down the street at 1201 Olentangy River Road, just a stone’s throw from Third Avenue, Miller’s Ale House plans to open on November 18th with 10,000 square feet of food, beer and sports. This is the first store in Ohio for the 25 year old Florida based company that has 65 other restaurants centered mainly around the Sunshine State. The chain is backed by Atlanta-based Roark Capital Group and has plans to open several more in the market.
