Westminster-Thurber Neil Avenue Construction

Construction has started on Heritage Pointe, the latest addition to the latest Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber retirement community. The connector hallway, Dining room, Chapel and Auditorium along Neil Ave. were taken down on March 4.
