Volunteer at Harrison West’s National Night Out
The benefits of volunteering can be enormous. Volunteering can help you feel connected to those you are serving in the community. However, with busy lives, it can be hard to find time to volunteer. One way to find time is to volunteer close to home! Regular volunteering opportunities in Harrison West include participating in monthly park cleanups and helping the society put on social events like Concert in the Park and National Night out. In exchange for your service, you can find friends, share your skills, and enhance your neighborhood.
We are seeking volunteers to help put on National Night Out at Perry Street Park on August 4. You do not need to be a member of the society to volunteer at our events. We are looking for people to help set up and break down tables, chairs, and displays; to take turns sitting at the welcome table; and to lead activities. Please click the button below for more information and to register at Signup Genius.
Thanks so much for considering volunteering with us. Even if you can’t volunteer this time, please come and enjoy the event. Together, we’ll build connections that help our neighborhood thrive.
