Thrive Rezoning Proposal Update 

As part of the rezoning process, the Development Commission will meet to vote on whether or not to recommend the proposal by Thrive to convert townhomes into an apartment building (Z25-001 & CV25-001 (531 West Fifth Avenue). This meeting will take place Thursday, June 12, starting at 4:30 p.m. (Note: The Development Commission is separate from City Council, who is the only authority who can approve a rezoning request.)
