New Parking Management Plan Update

Some residents of Harrison West will receive a letter from the Division of Mobility & Parking Services regarding a new HW permit zone, which will require a parking permit to park longer than three hours between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. The approximate permit boundaries in a clockwise direction include West Fifth Ave, Neil Ave, West Third Ave and Perry St. The city worked with the Harrison West Society to implement these changes as parking demand has increased in the area. The important dates are as follows:

• Month of October: Signs will be installed.
• Tuesday, Oct 1: Eligible residents can begin applying for permits.
• Monday, Nov 4: Enforcement will begin.
