Holiday Season Events in the Short North

Our friends at the Short North Alliance would like Harrison West to check out these Holiday-season long events planned for the Short North Arts District, including: 

(1) An expanded Short North Arts District Holiday Trail. 

(2) The new Short North Arts District Elf Trail (for the kids and kids at heart).

(3) And the biggest, coolest, funnest Holiday Hop ever! For the first time ever, High Street will be transformed into a pedestrian-only winter wonderland on December 2 from 11 pm-8 pm. This years’ event will feature dozens of special events and happenings inside and on the sidewalks in front of businesses, over 100 vendors, artisans, crafters, and more for the High Street Holiday Market from 11-6, tree sales, free gift wrapping, Santa, art, hot chocolate, a community sing-along at 7 pm right under the arches, and so much more. 

The Short North Alliance needs about 100 volunteers for Saturday, December 2 to ensure that Holiday Hop runs smoothly. Volunteers are needed to help get vendors placed, direct traffic, answer questions, and spread holiday cheer! Link to sign up is here.
