ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE HARRISON MARKET COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Harrison Market Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, commencing at 3:00 p.m. at 555 West 5th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio.
The purposes of the meeting are to:

1. Select officers of the Board of Trustees.
2. Consider resolutions budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses and debt service charges of the Authority.
3. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
   This meeting is open to the public.
