Columbus Marathon Returns Sunday, October 18

The Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon will be making its annual trek through Harrison West on Sunday, October 18, 2026. This event helps raise more than $1 million a year for Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Approximately 5,000 runners and walkers will pass through Harrison West, following a route on W Fifth Ave to Perry St, Perry St to W Third Ave, and finally W Third Ave to Neil Ave before heading to the finish line in the Arena District. The lead runners will be arriving around 9 a.m., with the final walker coming through around 2 p.m.

The Harrison West Society is planning a Marathon Block Party in Perry Street Park with music and food from 8 am to noon. Perry Street Park is located between miles 23 and 24 of the race course on the corner of Perry St and W Third Ave. Save the date and stop on by!
