Early Interest is Strong for the 600 Goodale Development

Kaufman Development began leasing 600 Goodale at the beginning of February and has been very encouraged so far by the level of interest.

The five-story, 174-unit apartment building on the banks of the Olentangy River is currently under construction, and Kaufman hopes to have the first apartments completed and ready for tenants by June of this year. The majority of the building (about 70%) will be made up of one-bedroom units, which will start at $825. The floor plan options also include two- and three-bedroom units and a handful of larger penthouse units on the fifth floor.
