Short North tour of homes 2015Want a look inside some of the coolest spaces in the city’s hottest neighborhood? The Short North Tour of Homes & Gardens returns to offer this exclusive experience on Sunday, September 20th 2015, with a preview tour and party on Saturday, September 19th. The 41st annual event is presented by the Short North Civic Association and sponsored by the Dooley and Co. Team of Keller Williams Classic Properties. Check out our video: This year’s tour spans the Short North area, making 11 stops at locations ranging from new builds in progress to painstakingly restored vintage homes. Among the newest additions to the local landscape are two works in progress owned, respectively, by Jody Dierksheide and Eric and Angie Tabor. The three good friends ended up building their dream urban residences right next to the other.

Historic homes include Freshwater House, an iconic brick residence on Goodale Park owned by Brent Williams and Thomas Smith, and the nearby home of Matthew Bosserman and Jeffrey Blasi. It reflects an extensive three-floor renovation, as well as the couple’s professional experience in design and visual planning.
